TITLE: Error: My BioTrack Credentials are invalid
PURPOSE: Directs user where enter valid credentials into Distru so users can continue completing BioTrack activities directly in Distru

Overview
BioTrack credentials are issued to BioTrack users directly from BioTrack as a username in the form of an email address. BioTrack users establish a password for this username.
Later, integrating your personal BioTrack account to Distru requires a user to enter these credentials
If these credentials are updated in BioTrack, Distru users may be prompted that their BioTrack credentials are invalid, forcing the user to provide updated credentials in Distru to continue syncing compliance activities.
How to resolve
Ensure you have the updated, valid BioTrack username or password on-hand
In Distru, go to app.distru.com/settings/biotrack
Click on 'Enter the company BioTrack credentials' to expand the available options
Click on the three dots next to the existing login info > edit
Enter the updated username and/or password and click 'Update'
