  • Track monthly outstanding balances, upcoming collections, and payments. Learn which Customers are behind to help start a dialogue.

  • Enable your Sales and Ops teams to take action independently and drive the collection rate up.

  1. Go to the Accounts Receivable Dashboard, and scroll to the bottom performance table

  2. Change the Date Range to be “on or before yesterday”

  3. Filter the Invoice Status filter to only include "Not Paid" or "Partially Paid" invoices

  4. Set the Dimensions for the table to see which account names or account owners have the most unpaid invoice revenue
