1. Accessing the Order Tracker

Go to your DistruCommerce - Buyer → Click on Order Tracker.

There’s a search bar to look up orders by order number or vendor name. You’ll also see a list of all your orders

For each one, you’ll be able to view:

  • Order number

  • Payment status (Not Paid, Partially Paid, Fully Paid)

  • Order status (Pending, Processing, Delivered, etc.)

  • Total order value

  • Date created

  • Vendor menu name

  • Estimated delivery date

Click on any order to load full details on the right-hand side.

2. Reviewing Order Details

Order Summary Section:

  • Sales Order Number

  • Vendor Name

  • Ordered By (user name)

  • Subtotal

  • Additional Charges & Discounts (if any)

  • Taxes: If the order has not been accepted yet by the vendor, Distru cannot display taxes in the order total. Instead, you’ll see the message:

“Taxes cannot be automatically calculated. Once the Distru seller accepts your order, you will be able to view the taxes and updated order total here.”

This happens because taxes are calculated only after the seller accepts the order. Once the seller accepts the order the tax amounts will appear in the order summary, the total will be updated to reflect taxes and you’ll see a clear breakdown of Subtotal, Charges, Discounts, Taxes, and Order Total.

  • Total Order Value

On the right side, you’ll see additional options such as:

  • View Menu: Click here to access the menu where you purchased these products.

  • Download COA’s (if available): View or download lab test results directly from the product line item

  • View Invoice: This will take you to the invoice section, where you can see the invoice for this order

  • Vendor Contact Info like Website (click to open their website), phone number (click-to-call) and address (opens it in Google Maps).

Finally, you’ll find the message section between you and the vendor

  • From (Vendor name): This is an automated message regarding your order from the vendor

  • Your Message to the Vendor: Shows the note you added during checkout under “Message to the Vendor”

3. Order Items

  • Product name

  • Brand

  • THC percentage

You can easily search through orders using the search bar at the top of the Orders page. You can enter either the Order Number or the Seller's Name to quickly locate the order you're looking for.

  • Can I track multiple orders at once?

No, each order must be reviewed individually within the Order Tracker, but they are all listed for quick access on the left side.
