This tool lets you manage batch-tracked inventory at scale. You can either create new batches with quantity or update metadata on existing ones. It includes validation against product setup, licensing, and bin assignments.

Import new batches with quantities and metadata
Update batch details such as description, dates, and bins
Assign batches to valid products, licenses, and storage locations
⚠️ Only works for batch-tracked products
⚠️ Cannot modify quantity or location during an update
🧾 Preparing Your CSV File
🔻 Step 1: Download the Template
Navigate to Settings > Import Data > Import Batches
Click Download Template
🧩 Step 2: Fill in Fields

✅ Use ## to nullify a field (except Manufactured Date)
❌ Do not include License, Location, or Quantity when updating

Upload your file
Match columns using the field mapper
Submit for processing
✅ Success/fail summary will be shown
📎 Errors return a downloadable CSV with exact issues

Duplicate (Product + Batch Number) rows in the file will be flagged
Bins must exist in your system and inventory bin tracking must be enabled
