✨As far as the companies are created in both Distru and Apex, and the license and address match, locations will sync ✨
To access our Buyers in Apex:
My Buyers
Order Management
Simply navigate to Orders in the side menu
Once you have received an order, open it and head to the Details section
In order to generate the order in Distru, click “Sync to Distru”
Important Reminders ⚠️
Make sure no more changes will be made aside from fulfilling and manifesting; changes made in Distru won’t reflect in Apex
You can always make changes to the order in Apex and resync with Distru simply by clicking Sync to Distru again
When packaging orders, it’s critical that your fulfillment team pulls from the exact batch noted on the order and nothing else. If they pull from a different batch, the inventory reflected in Apex will not match Distru
