Only accepts values that exist in Distru before upload. New values can be added manually

Category - The type of operation for the company

Accepted values: Cultivator, Delivery, Dispensary, Distributor, Lab, Manufacturer, Microbusiness, Other, Retail
Description - Description to display on the company record
Phone Number - Main company phone number
Website - Main company website
