OVERVIEW: When delivering finished goods to another licensed facility, official testing documentation must be provided for each batch of products in the shipment. Distru's integration with Metrc will automatically import the Lab Testing State and basic testing information directly from Metrc, providing you with a Primary Test Result to attach your PDF. This test result will carry through to all children packages created from that batch, providing you with a concise and easy-to-pull folder of all Test Results for each Sales Order you fulfill through Distru.
1. Finding the correct Metrc package
The first step you’ll need to take is finding the appropriate Metrc package in your Distru account. This can be done by using the “hamburger” menu in the top left corner of your Distru screen ( Menu>Metrc>Packages).
After finding the Metrc package you wish to upload a test result to, click the package label and you’ll be taken to a screen that looks like this:
2. Uploading the Test Result
Distru automatically imports the test result provided by your testing facility via Metrc. You’ll be adding the .pdf file you wish to upload directly to this test result. Click the pencil/edit button on this result.
From here all you’ll have to do is drag-and-drop the .pdf test result directly into the Metrc result.
3. Finding which packages still need COA’s attached
You can find which of your packages still need COA’s attached from the package’s table. Use the filter option to search for “COA Attached” and select “No” to find the list of all your packages that still need COA’s attached.
