OVERVIEW: Using our Bulk Editing Feature allows you to make changes to 2 or more Products, Sales Orders, and Companies at the same time. Whether it's changing the Vendor or Purchase cost of an entire block of products, customizing the default Message to Customer on all pre-existing Sales Orders, or updating the Default Payment Terms for all of the Companies within your CRM, we've made it easy for you to make changes to several items at once.

Table of Contents:

A. PRODUCTS

  1. To make bulk edits to multiple Products at once, first head to your Products Table by selecting the hamburger menu>Inventory>Products.

  2. Mark the checkboxes of all the Products you wish to bulk edit.

  3. If all of your Products need to be changed, mark the topmost checkbox on the table. If your Product count is high enough to warrant several pages of items, make sure to also click the blue box that says "Select all ## products". This will ensure that not just the products on page 1 of your Product Table are selected.

  4. Once all appropriate products have been selected, click the Pencil/Edit Icon that appears next to the blue "Select all ## products".

  5. This will bring up all the options that are able to get edited en masse for your Products.

  6. To change any of the data points, click "Click to edit" and go about editing as you see fit. NOTE: not all data points will have the same data entry options. For instance, if you want to change the "Wholesale Price" you'll just have to input a $ amount, whereas if you want to add all your selected products to a Product Menu you'll select the appropriate menu from the dropdown within "Menu Settings".

  7. When all your edits have been made, click the green "Save" button in the bottom right of the menu and you're ready to rock.

B. Sales Orders

  1. To make bulk edits to multiple Sales Orders at once, first head to your Sales Order Table by selecting the hamburger menu>Sales/Fulfillment>Sales Orders.

  2. Ensure that you're viewing your Sales Orders using the "Table View" option vs "Dashboard View".

  3. Follow steps #2-#7 in section A, only you'll be checking-off Sales Orders instead of Products. The same thing goes for Sales Orders like it does with Products, not all data points that are able to get edited will have the same data entry method.

C. Companies

  1. To make bulk edits to multiple Companies at once, first head to your Companies Table by selecting the hamburger menu>CRM>Companies.

  2. Follow steps #2-#7 in section A, only you'll be checking-off Companies instead of Products. The same thing goes for Companies like it does with Products, not all data points that are able to get edited will have the same data entry method.
