OVERVIEW: Just like you're able to schedule and receive scheduled reports to be sent out automatically by Distru, now you're able to do so for the purpose of seeing which of your packages or batches are expiring soon or have dipped below the low inventory count set by your company.

A. Scheduling an Expiring Inventory Report
Click the hamburger menu>Settings>Company>Alerts:
Click the green "+ Create Alert" button in the top right of the screen:
Click the "Expiring Inventory" bubble:
Type out the name of, or click into the data entry space for "Alert Recipients" to add the Distru users for your account you wish to have this alert sent to:
Enter the number-of-days-before-expiration for the packages/batches that will be sent out on this report. For example, if you set the number to 30, all packages/batches that are expiring in 30 days or less will be included on the report. Then, select the Inventory Status (Active, Assembling or, Selling) of the packages/batches you wish to be included on this report.
Using the dropdown menu option, choose the "Schedule" you want this report sent out on (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly). Then use the dropdown to select the time of day you want the report sent:
Once all fields have the appropriate data points, click the green "+ Create" button to finalize the alert:
Expiring Inventory Alerts that have been made will display as such within the Expiring Inventory tab on the Alerts page. Should you need to edit any data points for the report just click the Pencil/Edit icon and make the appropriate changes. If you want to delete the report entirely hit the Trash icon:
B. Scheduling a Low Inventory Report
To be able to properly utilize the Low Inventory Alert Report, you must first make sure that the products you wish to be included in the report have both the Inventory Threshold Minimum and Maximum numbers set. When a product's quantity dips below the minimum number or exceeds the maximum it will trigger the report to include this particular product. You can set both of these numbers by editing any product and adding those numbers:
Once all of your Inventory Min/Max levels have been set and you're ready to produce a Low Inventory Report, follow steps #1 and #2 in Part A above.
Click the "Low Inventory" bubble.
Type out the name of, or click into the data entry space for "Alert Recipients" to add the Distru users for your account you wish to have this alert sent to:
