Add ability to exclude values for filters.
For any dashboard that has an explore tab, we can choose to "Exclude values" for any column in the tab and it will also exclude the values from all other tabs in the dashboard.

Option to filter out $0 line item totals
Especially helpful if the "sample" button isn't being utilized in Disru for any reason. This will help filter out $0 line item results.
