How to connect your BioTrack to your Distru account

  1. Enter your BioTrack credentials in either:

    1. Distru Settings > (page lands on 'Account > My Profile') > Enter Company BioTrack API Credentials

    2. or via Distru Settings > Integrations > BioTrack > Enter the company BioTrack API credentials

2. Setup a BioTrack dashboard in Settings > Account > Dashboard Settings

3. If you or anyone else on your team is confused about which steps to take either in Distru or BioTrack, please reach out to the Distru team directly in our help chat bubble in the bottom right of your Distru screen. πŸ™‚

❓ I'm entering in my BioTrack username and password info into Distru, and Distru is saying "Invalid username and password according to BioTrack", and I know the info I'm typing in is correct!

πŸ…°οΈ Some BioTrack users have both a BioTrack Commercial login as well as a BioTrack Traceability login. Please ensure in Distru you are typing in your info for BioTrack Traceability. Please contact your BioTrack license holder and request them to create a traceability login with the appropriate permissions for your role as needed.
