Why am I seeing this?

Distru is having trouble communicating with Metrc for 1 of 2 possible reasons:

  1. My API Key is Invalid - Easy to fix! Just follow the steps in the link to reset your company API key, which will restore connection between Distru and Metrc. (Needs to be the highest-level admin in the Metrc account)

  2. Metrc API Outage - Deep breath! Distru will keep track of everything that has or hasn't synced to Metrc. Follow the guide in the link to keep your activities intact until the API server returns to functionality.
