1. Menu and Date Filters

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see two key filters:

  • Menus Dropdown: Displays how many menus are included. Click the dropdown to select the menus you'd like to view data for.

  • Start and End Date: Set your desired time range to update the dashboard based on that window.

These filters will apply to each of the sections below, except for Outstanding Balances which shows lifetime data).

2. Incomplete Menu Orders

Easily keep track of which orders still need attention. This section summarizes any open orders placed through your menus, based on your selected date range, broken down by order status.

Only orders not marked as “Completed” will appear here.

3. Totals Summary

Shows an at-a-glance view of your overall sales performance for the selected time range:

  • Paid: Total amount of Payments recorded on menu-generated sales orders.

  • Sales: Total sales value of menu-generated orders, including discounts, charges, and taxes.

4. Recent Menu Orders

Here you’ll see a list of the most recent orders placed directly through your DistruCommerce menus. Each entry includes:

  • Sales Order number and status

  • Buyer Name

  • Menu the order was placed from

  • How long ago the order was created

  • Order Total, which includes taxes, discounts, and charges.

5. Outstanding Balances

Unlike the rest of the dashboard, this section displays lifetime data (not filtered by the date range).

It shows the companies with the highest unpaid balances on menu-generated orders. This helps sellers stay on top of accounts receivable and follow up with buyers who have past-due payments.

6. Top 10 Selling Products

Displays your best-performing products from the selected date range.

Each entry shows:

  • Product name

  • SKU

  • Quantity sold

  • Total revenue generated

Click View All to jump into the full Sales by Product report for deeper insights.

7. Top 10 Buyers

This section highlights your most valuable customers during the selected time period. You’ll see:

  • Company name

  • Last order date

  • Total number of orders

  • Total sales value

Click View All to open the full Sales by Company report.
